How do we solve problems?

Everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo, we believe in thinking differently.

1

Understand the problem

Not everything is as it seems.

When you are engrossed in operations, problems seem smaller than they are. Your ability to troubleshoot sometimes misguides you in understanding the true nature of the problem you face. What seems obvious, could possibly be slightly salty and twisted.

Here are a few examples of how our clients came to us with a preconceived solution, only to return with a better, more effective and affordable one.

  • Throwing people and money at a problem is tempting, and might even offer a short term answer, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the problem is solved. Epicly Organic, an organic e-commerce site thought hiring more people would solve their marketing woes, but it was hyperautomation which proved to be the answer.
  • This information is passed on to our marketing department, who do a quick competitor analysis to understand the nature of your industry.
  • The competitor analysis and business analysis are used to formulate an effective solution to tackle your particular problem.
2

Analyse the problem

Every battle is won before it is fought.

The aim is to not just build a product, but a solution. An effective solution is one which not only solves your problem, but also provides you with a competitive edge over your competition. Our philosophy is to develop a weapon which empowers your business to achieve more and win big!

Just like our clients come to us, seeking advice and solutions, we work with internationally recognised companies to offer us guidance and expert opinions in areas where we feel slightly less confident.

  • One of our business analyst chats with your key stakeholders and assess the nature of your problem. This business analyst will also be your account manager so you get a personalised service.

Draft the solution

No research without action, no action without research.

We compile our findings and learnings with our tech acumen and come up with a winning solution which will solve your business problem and position your business in a position of power compared to your competition. We draft a Statement of work which includes the cost and scope of the solution. We follow a milestone based billing model where you pay for every milestone reached, and every milestone is a useable part of the whole solution. This way, you start reaping rewards from the very first week.

Scopes help us visualise the solution, but it is possible that as we walk towards the solution, we find new things which are necessary to build a more complete solution and give your business that winning edge. We include these things as we go, you do not pay anything more than what was previously agreed.

Begin development

Build!

Our systems architects, solutions architects, software developers and programmers get to work. They follow an agile approach, so you will be able to derive value from this solution right from its incipience.

  • We begin working on milestones and share a scrum board with you for you to follow up in our project development journey.
  • Every two weeks, we conduct a project review for you to know how far we have come, to assess your concerns and factor fixes early so that we don't waste too long building something useless.
  • Once the project is completed, we undergo a mandatory 30 day test phase where we make sure nothing breaks. This way, you and your customers get the best benefits of the solution.
  • All updates and fixes are free forever.
5

Launch & support

It's showtime!

We launch the solution into the world. We support the product for the entirety of its lifespan. Our solutions are future proofed for 2-3 years, we can't ensure a longer duration as technology is changing at an incredibly rapid pace. However, we will continue to support the solution for free as long as your business uses it.

Client successes.
